The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The European Commission, Joint Research Centre – Ispra (JRC-IPR) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the letter of invitation, and the annexes. All documents are available in the enclosed ZIP File.

Objective of the contract

The objective of the contract is the Supply on a rental basis of drinking water dispensers for the Ispra site. The aim is to make available to users of JRC Ispra site and to their eventual visitors the possibility of drinking water without having to necessarily use plastic bottles. The contract must provide sufficient checks to ensure a high quality level of drinking water supplied, the continuity of service, adequate maintenance and assistance throughout the service life, in compliance with applicable national and regional regulations in force.
