SEC Digital Transformation End-to-End Solution

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB or “Bank”) was established in December of 1959 to help accelerate economic and social development in Latin America and the Caribbean. Today, the Bank is a major catalyst in mobilizing resources for the region. The Bank is owned by its 48 member countries with headquarters in Washington, D.C., as well as Country Offices in each member country in Latin America and the Caribbean, and special offices in Madrid and Tokyo. The Bank provides loans, technical assistance and policy guidance to further its goals of poverty reduction and sustaina- ble development in the Latin American and Caribbean regions.

Purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP)

The Bank is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified firms to enter into an agreement with the Offeror providing the overall best value to the Bank for the SEC Digital Transformation End to End solution; as described in Annex A – Terms of Reference. This RFP is intended to provide Offerors with sufficient understanding of the require- ments to enable Offerors to respond, and it provides the basis upon which Offerors’ proposals will be evaluated.
