Provision of Catering Services at the OPCW Headquarters

Item Description:

The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons’ (OPCW) mission is to implement the provisions of the Chemical Weapons Convention to achieve our vision of a world free of chemical weapons and the threat of their use, and in which chemistry is used for peace, progress, and prosperity.

The OPCW invites interested and eligible suppliers to submit information for the provision of Catering Services for the following:

1. Canteen function for breakfast, coffee and lunch;
2. Executive luncheons and dinners;
3. Coffee and refreshment for meetings; and
4. Receptions

The OPCW seeks to understand and gain knowledge of available solutions and pricing for budgetary purposes from suppliers having experience in this particular area. The purpose of the RFI is further to identify suppliers that wish to participate in a forthcoming solicitation process.

Interested suppliers should contact Procurement to receive the RFI documents. The RFI reference number above must be included in all enquiries.

RFIs received by the OPCW after the submission due date and time will not be considered.
