Procurement of Laboratory Equipment and Supplies

The World Health Organization (WHO) is seeking offers for various equipments, reagents and supplies for laboratories. Your Company is invited to submit an offer in response to this Invitation to Bid (ITB)

WHO is a public international organization, consisting of 194 Member States, and a Specialized Agency of the United Nations with the mandate to act as the directing and coordinating authority on international health work. As such, WHO is dependent on the budgetary and extra-budgetary contributions it receives for the implementation of its activities. Bidders are, therefore, requested to propose the best and most cost-effective solution to meet WHO requirements, while ensuring a high level of service.

Requirements

WHO requires the successful bidder, to provide, as per the attached detailed list of requirements and specifications, quotations for equipments, reagents and supplies for laboratories in National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology, Pasteur Institute Hochiminh City, Pasteur Institute Nha Trang and Tay Nguyen Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology.

Bidders should follow the instructions set forth below in the submission of their offer to WHO.
