Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of Low-Carbon District Heating Project in Hohhot in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the Contract for the Supply of Heat Exchange Units and Valves. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The China Far East International Tendering Co., Ltd. (CFEITC) (hereinafter referred to as “Procurement Agent”), authorized and on behalf of the Hohhot City Gas & Heat Group Co., Ltd. and Hohhot Chengfa Heating Co., Ltd. invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply of Heat Exchange Units and Valves (Contract No.: 14).
All goods must be delivered on site within 270 days after the effective date of the contract.
International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
