Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Kingdom of Cambodia has received a loan from the ADB towards the cost of Irrigated Agriculture Improvement Project (IAIP). Part of this loan will be used for payments under the contracts named hereunder. Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM) of the Kingdom of Cambodia (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the MOWRAM/PPO-CW02-Package IV: Construction of Main and Secondary Canals and Associated Structures, MC1 from Chainage 6+350 to 10+689 and MC2 from Chainage 6+305 to 8+925 (“the Works”).
Open Competitive Bidding (International Advertisement) using ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers (2017, as amended from time to time) and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
