Upgrade of infrastructure for public buildings

Item Description:

The Mission of the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR) is to take forward the EU’s neighbourhood and enlargement policies, as well as coordinating relations with EEA-EFTA countries insofar as Commission policies are concerned. DG NEAR works closely with the European External Action Service and the line DGs in charge of thematic priorities.

By implementing assistance actions in Europe’s eastern and southern neighbourhood, DG NEAR supports reform and democratic consolidation, and strengthens the prosperity, stability and security around Europe. DG NEAR helps to promote EU values, policies and interests in this region, and to contribute to developing the special relationship of the EU with its neighbouring countries.

Subject of this contract

The purpose of the project is to improve access to public facilities for persons with disability and reduced mobility in 19 public buildings located in 19 different Municipalities of Kosovo.

Lot 1: Upgrade of infrastructure – Group 1

EU for All – upgrade of infrastructure of 9 public buildings in Kosovo: Gjakove, Drenas, Kline, Lipjan, Peje, Prishtine, Malisheve, Junik and Mamushe.

Lot 2: Upgrade of infrastructure – Group 2

EU for All – upgrade of infrastructure of 10 public buildings in Gjilan, Kacanik, Leposavic, Podujeve, Ferizaj, Viti, Vushtrri, Zvecan, Hani Elezit and Klokot.
