Supply and installation of a new heating and ventilation (HVAC) system for the newly constructed area in building 310 (Creative Space)

The European Commission, Directorate-General for Joint Research Centre, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Purpose of the contract

The supply and installation of air heating units for space heating in accordance with technical and administrative specifications. Connect the new units to the existing central heating supply/discharge ring.The zones according to the drawing are ventilated and heated by a new AHU placed on the outside next to building 310. This ventilates the air in the room (min. cap. 2 500 m3/hr). On the inside, a duct system for the supply and extraction of air is mounted on the facade. Air is supplied and removed through these ducts where grilles are installed. The heating units are used to heat the areas as much as possible. The heating units are installed and connected as close as possible to the existing connections and existing units that have already been removed. This project does not include a refrigeration system.
