Procurement of Alcohol dispenser & medical supplies. LITB open on for the local company operate in Libya

Item Description:

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Libya Country Office wishes to invite you to submit your offers in USD Currency for procurement of Alcohol dispenser & medical supplies, also note that the bid closing date is 30.08.2022, at 11:59 am Libya local time. (+2:00 GMT).

Bid submission:

Bid can be submitted only in soft copies through UNICEF secure e-mail specified below:

Libya.tender@unicef.org and the reference LITB#2022-9177170 must be mentioned in your email as a subject title.

All corporate entities should be registered on the United Nations Global Marketplace website ( https://www.ungm.org/Account/Registration) before engaging in any activity with UNICEF. In case your firm is not registered yet on the UNGM site, you are advised to register and provide the UNGM number within your bid document, guidelines on how you can register as supplier on UNGM is attached for your easy reference.

The bidders shall provide their best Technical & Financial proposals and shall be based strictly in accordance with this Invitation to bid package provided within the attached document together with any further documents, data and/or addenda that may be issued during the quoting period, all of which shall form the basis of a commitment between UNICEF and the successful Bidder.

• All proposals must be sent by email to Libya Tenders Libya.Tenders@unicef.orgONLY no later than 30.08.2022 at 11:59 am (+02:00 GMT), otherwise, it will be considered as not valid.
• The BID FORM(page 3 of this document) must be completed and returned to UNICEF alongside the proposals.
• Proposals must be submitted electronically in English in two separate emails(one for Technical and one for Financial).
• The reference “LITB-2022-9177170 Technical Proposal”must be shown in the subject line of the email consisting of the technical proposal
• AND the reference “LITB-2022-9177170 Financial Proposal”must be shown in the subject line of the email consisting of the financial proposal
• Currency of proposal is UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD).
• Please note that any inquiries related to this request for proposal will be accepted through e-mail address to aelsheikh@unicef.org ONLY and will not be considered through phone calls or any other email.
• Proposals received in any other manner will be INVALIDATED.
• Incoterm: DDP, UNICEF’s Warehouse, Tripoli Libya
• Delivery: IMMEDIATE/URGENT delivery is required.
