Item Description:

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB)

Procurement of medicines and medical devices for the development of the donation of blood and its components  for the National Public Health Programs to the Ministry of Health (MoH) in Ukraine.

This ITB includes the following documents and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract which is inserted in the Bid Data Sheet:

• Section 1: This Letter of Invitation
• Section 2: Instruction to Bidders
• Section 3: Bid Data Sheet (BDS)
• Section 4: Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications
• Section 5: Returnable Bidding Forms/ Сhecklist and Evaluation Criteria
  • Form A: Bid Submission Form
  • Form B: Bidder Information Form
  • Form C: Joint Venture/Consortium/Association Information Form
  • Form D: Qualification Form
  • Form E: Format of Technical Bid
  • Form F: Price Schedule
  • Form Н: Certificate of Authorization
• Section 6: Form for Performance Security
• Section 7: Template of Purchase Order, including General Terms and Conditions

Deadline for submission of bids is as indicated and updated in the e-tendering system. Bids must be submitted before deadline. System will not accept any late bids. Bids will be opened as per the instructions in the BDS.

This letter is not to be construed in any way as an offer of contract.  Your bid could, however, form the basis for a contract between your company and UNDP.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit an offer by clicking on “Accept Invitation” button in the etendering system. Such step will enable you to receive corresponding notifications as bidder. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person/s identified in the provided Bid Data Sheet. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system.
