You are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgment letter to UNDP to the following address:

The letter should be received by UNDP no later than January 13, 2017, 18:00 local Armenian time (GMT +4). The same letter should advise: i) whether your company intends to submit a Proposal. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records; ii) whether your company representative will have a mission to Armenia for visiting the Nubarashen burial site. The Project is planning to hold a pre-proposal orientation seminar on 31 January 2017 (for those bidders who will confirm their mission to Armenia), starting at 12:00 PM with a site visit to Nubarashen site continued with an orientation and Q&A session at the UN house by 17P:00 PM. Please confirm your intent of mission and participation in the seminar. Alternatively, please inform if you would prefer an online orientation and Q&A session to be conducted on the same day.
The deadline for submission of the technical and financial proposals is February 20, 2017, 16:00 local Armenian time (GMT +4). If you have received this RFP through a direct invitation by UNDP, transferring this invitation to another firm requires your written notification to UNDP of such transfer and the name of the company to whom the invitation was forwarded. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person identified in the attached Data Sheet as the focal point for queries on this RFP.
