SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY)

PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS

1.1 Visibility into website user behaviour on key proprietary UN websites: Record in excess of 100 million engagements (such as pageviews) per month.

1.2 Ability to include granular meta-tagging to record custom indicators: Allow embedding of multiple pieces of custom metadata strings in webpages for reporting purposes (example: Language: Spanish; Campaign: Climate; SDG: Goal13).

1.3 Multilingual support: Monitor website traffic for webpages with multilingual content in Latin and non-Latin character sets including Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian, Spanish, Hindi and Urdu.

1.4 Ability to monitor multiple websites: Differentiate between at least 1,000 different website properties.

1.5 Ability to create custom website traffic performance reports and dashboards and share with Organization stakeholders: Create and provision dashboards to give stakeholders delegated access to a portion of websites tracked.

1.6 Ability to monitor campaign performance: Monitor user conversion from social media, email newsletters, online advertising (Google Ads) and cross-website promotions.

1.7 Ability to connect with standard business intelligence tools: Integrate with business intelligence tools like Microsoft PowerBI and Tableau.

1.8 Ability to filter non-human website traffic: Utilize hostname filters to remove hostname spam.

1.9 Data ownership by United Nations: The vendor warrants that any data collected or processed may not be used for 3rd-party targeted advertising or any other services unrelated to the provision of United Nations website reporting. Data ownership is guaranteed for the United Nations: allowing compliance with the United Nations website privacy notice on the footer of United Nations websites.

PRODUCT DESIRABLES

2.1 Usability: Vendor platform should be easy to use.
— The United Nations will test the vendor’s service on a live website for a limited period and evaluate the usability of the user interface.

2.2 Multimedia tracking: Track viewing of multimedia content (audio or video).

2.3 Download tracking: Allow recording of user actions via JavaScript such as for the downloading of PDF documents.

2.4 Provide in-page usage analytics: Monitor the activity of users on specified web pages providing a broad range of metrics and data visualizations. For example, scroll tracking and scroll depth, cursor movements, hover activity and heatmaps.
