Supply and Delivery of Refrigerators

Item Description:

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit an offer for the procurement of Cold chain Equipment (Garden Tools) to be delivered to 5 different sites in Zimbabwe (APPENDIX IV) as per the specifications below:

Deep freezers:

• Horizontal lockable single horizontal door model with minimum 500 Ltrs capacity
• Inner chamber should be fabricated from SS316 stainless steel and outer contraction from SS304 stainless steel
• CFC free insulation
• Temperature control system should be microprocessor PID control AUTO TUNE CE marked controller cum with class A sensor (RTD)
• Designed for an operating temperature range of -18⁰C to -22⁰C with temperature control within 3⁰C of set temperature
• Doors should have a toggle type heavy duty hinges and triple gasket system to prevent any leakage • Operate on 220-240V – 50Hz Alternating Current(AC)
• Fitted with appropriate plug
• Warranty for a minimum of 2 years
• User/Operating manual in English.

Refrigerators:

• Upright lockable single door with handle model with minimum 350 Ltrs capacity, with interior LED lamp
• CFC free insulation
• Internal and external cabinet, lid and frame protected against corrosion.
• A minimum of 4 adjustable stainless steel or plastic shelves / racks
• At least one inside drawer with cover
• Manual temperature control
• Designed for an operating temperature range of 2⁰C to 8⁰C
• Doors should have hidden hinges, triple gusket seals and a minimum of one full length inside door busket
• Operate on 220-240V – 50Hz Aternating Current(AC)
• Fitted with appropriate plug
• Warranty for a minimum of 2 years
• User/Operating manual in English
