Item Description:

The Mission of the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR) is to take forward the EU’s neighbourhood and enlargement policies, as well as coordinating relations with EEA-EFTA countries insofar as Commission policies are concerned. DG NEAR works closely with the European External Action Service and the line DGs in charge of thematic priorities.

By implementing assistance actions in Europe’s eastern and southern neighbourhood, DG NEAR supports reform and democratic consolidation, and strengthens the prosperity, stability and security around Europe. DG NEAR helps to promote EU values, policies and interests in this region, and to contribute to developing the special relationship of the EU with its neighbouring countries.

Subject of this contract

This tender procedure includes 7 lots in total which are; the re-launch of Lot 1-2 ( Lots 3,4 and 5 are items separated from these two lots) previously launched under procurement reference EuropeAid/140112/IH/SUP/TR and two additional newly identified lots:

• Lot 1: Additive Manufacturing
• Lot 2: Materials Inspection and Analysis Equipment
• Lot 3: Droplet Plastic 3D Printer
• Lot 4: X-Ray Analysis System
• Lot 5: Dynamic Mechanical Test System (DMA)
• Lot 6: U-Shaped Assembly Line
• Lot 7: IoT System for Data Capture

The subject of the contract is the supply (all lots), delivery (all lots), unloading (all lots), installation (all lots), commissioning (all lots), putting into operation (all lots), inspection (all lots), testing (all lots), maintenance (all lots), training (all lots), after-sales (all lots) and warranty services (all lots) of the goods as indicated in the tender documents by the contractor for Beyaz Eşya Yan Sanayiciler Derneği.
