The Purchase and Transportation Section (PTS) of United Nations Offices at Geneva (UNOG) on behalf of Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) is seeking for competent, experienced and interested companies to supply and deliver a 4X4 SUV Vehicle for Offices Mexico. The vehicle to be supplied must consist of the following: General Specifications: • Able to comfortably carry / sit 5 to 7 passengers and their luggage. • Having a high and dominant driving position. • Folding rear bench 2/3 – 1/3 is easy to use allowing to have a large load space • Local service, spare parts and maintenance providers Detailed Specifications of the Vehicle: • Gasoline (not diesel) Engine, Minimum 3.8L, 6 cylinders or equivalent • Engine: Minimum 240 HP@6,000 RPM • Minimum Torque: 242 lb-ft @ 2,750 RPM • Displacement (cc): between 3,000 & 4,000 • Low consumption (preferably less than 10L / 100km). • Transmission: 4×4 regular with option to change 2H/4H with Low and High range and differential locking • Automatic Breaking System (ABS) • Steering: Minimum Rack-and-pinion power assisted or equivalent • Long battery life. • Cruise control with speed limiter. • Automatic air conditioning system with EPA filters. • Suspension: Front: Double-wishbone, coil springs with stabilizer bar • Rear: Multi-link, coil springs with stabilizer bar • Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) or equivalent • Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD) Protection and safety equipment: • Anti-shatter Safety Film glass • Air bags for all passengers: Front, Curtain for first, second and third rows, Knees for front seats • 3 points seat belts for all passengers • Burglar alarm. • Rear view camera • Central locking. • LED daytime running lights. • Full size spare wheel. • Anti-theft nuts. • Tire Pressure Monitoring System • Heel and descent assistant • Fire extinguisher • Minimum 265/60R18 tires with 18-inch light alloy wheels • Privacy film (tinted film) for rear part windows and anti-blast film • Pre-wiring for UHF radio installation (Digital mobile two way radio MOTOTRBO DGM 8000 by Motorola, remote mount adapter (for trunk installation) UHF band (403- 470 mhz), 40w power, 32 ch with GPS, Site connect compatibility. Installation Kit with Power cable, Microphone Clip, Bracket, Whip Antenna, Cable & BNC Connector (drawings to be provided at the time of order).
