Item Description:
The European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) is planning to award the public contract referred to above. The procurement documents consist of this Invitation, the Tender Specifications with its appendix(es), and the draft contract. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
Objective
With this call for tender, EMSA aims to conclude two separate contracts (two framework contracts), covering:
- Lot 1 – Provision of travel agency services
- Lot 2 – Provision of events management services
Tenderers may apply to one or both lots. Should candidates decide to apply for both lots, it is to be noted that tender bids must be submitted separately, one bid for each lot (Lot 1 – travel agency services and Lot 2 – events management services).
