Upgrading of the data center airconditioning system at the African Development Bank offices in Centurion, Pretoria

The African Development Bank (hereafter referred to as “The Bank”) wishes to invite bids from experienced companies for the upgrading of the data center airconditioning system at the African Development Bank offices in Centurion, Pretoria, South Africa.

The Bank is a regional multilateral development institution, established to promote the economic and social development of its regional member countries by mobilizing resources for the financing of projects and programs.

Bidders must originate from one of the Bank’s member countries, list of which is provided at http://www.afdb.org.- https://www.afdb.org/en/countries/

Evaluation will be conducted according to the criteria published in the Invitation To Bid included in the website of the Bank such as experience not less than three years and experience of the personnel who will handle the account if awarded the contract.

The best technically evaluated bidder with the lowest price will be considered for award
Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope (The bid should be placed in a sealed envelope, one original and four copies), delivered at the address below by 17 October 2022 at 15:00 SAST. Clearly marked:

Bidders are encouraged to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting that will take place on 04 October 2022 from 11:00 am SAST.

Any Clarifications should be received on 10 October 2022.
