The European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust) is an EU agency for judicial cooperation in criminal matters. We are committed to transparency and informing European citizens of its activities via various communication channels.

Eurojust assists prosecutors and other investigators from EU Member States in cases of serious crime where that crime affects two or more Member States, or requires prosecution on common bases, on the basis of operations conducted and information supplied by the Member States’ authorities, by Europol, by the EPPO and by OLAF.

Eurojust acts at the request of the competent authorities of the Member States or on its own initiative. In some cases Eurojust can act at the request of the European Commission or the European Public Prosecutor’s Office.

Brief description of the required services

This procurement procedure aims to conclude framework contracts in cascade with a maximum of three contractors for the supply of custom-made and personalised conference, promotional materials and other custom-made and personalised materials as well the gift-wrapping service and direct delivery service for Eurojust, EUROPOL and European Medicines Agency as described procurement documents. Standard office supplies are not part of this contract.
