Item Description:
The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Regional Office for Central Asia (UNODC ROCA) hereby invites qualified bidders to submit their Expression of Interest for the Provision of Gas chromatograph with mass spectral detector with original computer (not all computers have ports suitable for working with this instrument), including instrument installation and training, ultrapure gas cylinders and a reducer to match the cylinders) including delivery and installation at the the following address: Republic of Tajikistan, Dushanbe, UNODC Programme Office in Tajikistan, Lohuty 5.
Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a proposal. This is a request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) in order to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation.
Vendors interested in the above sites must provide the completed Vendor Response Form (attached on page 3). UNODC ROCA will examine this EOI and reserves the right to select the invitees for competitive bidding. Accordingly, an expression of interest does not automatically warrant an interested vendor’s participation in the competitive bidding exercise.
UNODC ROCA reserves the right to change or cancel any of this requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY)
– The potential supplier provides a commercial offer indicating the Goods Nomenclature for Foreign Economic Activity and confirmation that the goods are included in the EAEU unified commodity nomenclature for import to Tajikistan (if import is envisaged).
– All goods (computers) must comply with special information security requirements established by the national legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. The potential supplier is responsible for all costs associated with the certification of products (computers) in the Republic of Tajikistan
– The warranty period of equipment is from 1 to 3 (three) years from the date of commissioning.
– Availability of service centers or partners for warranty service of equipment and the availability of a warehouse of spare parts and components for the equipment supplied in Tajikistan or Neighboring countries: Uzbekistan and/or Kazakhstan (provide information indicating the focal point, address, contact details).
– At least 3 years of experience in the field, successful and proven experience of similar or larger provisions.
