The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The European Commission, Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels (OIB) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the letter of invitation, and the annexes. All documents are available in the enclosed ZIP File.

Purpose of the contract

The Purpose of the contract is the Supply of natural gas for buildings occupied and/or managed by the European Institutions located in the Brussels-Capital region and the Flemish region.

In order to ensure tendering opportunities for operators with different capacities, the contract is divided into two lots (lot 1 for the buildings of the European Commission and the Agencies under SLA coverage; lot 2, for the buildings of the European Parliament, Council of the European Union, European Committee of the Regions, European Economic and Social Committee, and Office of the Secretary-General of the European Schools).
