Provision of Corporate Support Consultancy Services

Objective of this call for tenders

The purpose of this call for tenders is to appoint experienced service providers capable of providing services and support to the functions performed by the corporate support teams of the Contracting Authorities in the areas of premises & facilities management, reception services, travel arrangements, mission reimbursements and administrative support to the Mission Office, meetings & events organisation, environmental management (EMAS), health & safety at work, safety & security, inventory & assets management.

The abovementioned list of activities is not exhaustive. It is indicative of the type of services likely to be requested. Consultants will work autonomously but in close cooperation with the Contracting Authority’s staff members and other Contractors’ consultants.

The desired outcome of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a multiple framework contract in cascade with maximum three Contractors per lot.

• Lot 1: Reception Service
• Lot 2: Administrative Support for FM: Administrative support for facilities management.
• Lot 3: Factotum: Technical support for building management (Factotum).
• Lot 4: Hosts and Hostesses.

The consultancy services commissioned as part of this framework contract should not be confused with the supply of workforce or interim staff. The Contracting Authorities already have a framework contract for the supply of interim or temporary staff. Therefore, those services are out of the scope of this call for tenders.
