The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) invites Financial / Payment Solution Companies to submit proposal for:

“Provision of a Regional Electronic Cash Transfer System (RECTS) for the Americas Region”.

Deadline for submission of proposals is 9 January 2017 at 12:00 pm (local Panama time). Please note that your proposal must be received prior to above mentioned deadline and forwarded by e-mail to panama.bidreceiving@ifrc.org

Bids that do not conform to IFRC requirements or that are received after the deadline will not be considered. The tender documents are available below:
