The Asian Development Bank (ADB), a multilateral development finance institution headquartered in Manila, Philippines, wishes to receive bids for the Supply and Delivery of Toilet Flushometers, Faucets and Spare Parts to ADB HQ.

Bid documents may be accessed via the sourcing event in Coupa eProcurement System starting from 10 June 2025. To gain access to the sourcing event, please send email request to jtiangco@adb.org

Bids should be received before the deadline indicated in the sourcing event.

ADB reserves the right to accept any application, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders or any obligation to inform the affected Bidder or Bidders of the grounds for ADB’s action. This Invitation to Bid does not entail any commitment on the part of ADB either financial or otherwise. Any cost in the preparation of bid shall be borne exclusively by the Bidder.
