Supply and Delivery of Corrugated Galvanized Steel Pipe for Culverts

The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO), seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from duly registered companies for the Supply and Delivery of Corrugated Galvanized Steel Pipe for Culverts to MONUSCO, at Entebbe Support Base, Uganda.

MONUSCO will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly for the establishment of a contract for an initial period of one (01) year, with an option to extend for two additional one-year period, i.e., (1+1+1), at the discretion of MONUSCO and accordingly intends to issue solicitation documents to those companies who would express their interest. The interested companies are requested to complete UN Vendor registration form, preferably for Level 1 in the vendor database accessible at http://www.ungm.org.

Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of bid/proposals.

MONUSCO reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and submission of an EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of the (ITB) documents. MONUSCO reserves the right to reject EOI’s received after the deadline indicated below.

The Expression of interest may be submitted by email to monusco-vendorqueries@un.org with copy to mutsinzi@un.org and bilabajikila@un.org clearly marked with the inscription “EOI” – Supply and Delivery of Corrugated Galvanized Steel Pipe for Culverts to MONUSCO, at Entebbe Support Base, Uganda” and addressed as follows to be received no later than 16 October 2025 at 17:30 hours, Entebbe time (GMT+3)
