The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has received financing from the ADB towards the cost of Citywide Inclusive Sanitation Project (CISP). Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Human Settlements Implementation Work Unit for Central Java Region III, Building, Infrastructure, and Area Development Agency for Central Java, Directorate General of Human Settlements, Ministry of Public Works (“the Employer”) invites bids from eligible Bidders for the design and build of Commercial Area Sewerline (Central and South) Semarang – CWIS-03 (“the Works”).

Open competitive bidding – International advertisement will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One Envelope and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
