Item Description:
The United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) intends to conduct a competitive solicitation exercise for the provision of Maintenance Services of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to UN locations island-wide, deliverable on an ‘as and when’ required basis.
UNFICYP has various types of HVAC systems. HVACs are used for cooling in the summer and for heating in winter. There are over 1000 units installed in the Headquarters location and at Sector level, with the majority being split type, along with some ceiling types and/or tower types.
The required Maintenance Services of HVAC systems shall mainly include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Preliminary assessment
- Preventive maintenance
- Corrective maintenance
- Other relative additional services
