Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Air Purification Equipment at ADB Headquarters

Item Description:

The Asian Development Bank (ADB), a multilateral development finance institution with headquarters in Manila, Philippines, invites prospective Bidder/s to submit a quotation for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Air Purification Equipment at ADB Headquarters (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”).

The services shall cover the provision of the equipment and deployment of skilled personnel, related tools, transportation, materials and supervision in accordance with the policies, standards and procedures established by ADB.

Bidding is open to all firms and only bidders meeting the following minimum requirements will be considered:

a) Have the nationality of an eligible country in accordance with the List of ADB Eligible Member Countries (as per http://www.adb.org). A bidder shall be deemed to have the nationality of a member country if it is constituted, or incorporated, and operates in conformity with the provisions of the laws of that country;

b) Have an independent legal existence as a valid registered company or a joint venture partnership (under joint and several liability) in the Philippines for a minimum of three (3) years in supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of Indoor Air Quality Improvement and/or Air Purification Equipment;

c) d) Must demonstrate it has financial soundness to successfully support the entire contract; and Have not been sanctioned nor be ineligible to enter into transactions with ADB or any other multilateral development bank or institution.

4) Interested bidders must provide their complete contact details (i.e. company name, address, contact person and position, email address, telephone number) to Louise Luces at lluces@adb.org with copy to Jojo Tiangco at jtiangco@adb.org and Chayut Mathurapote at cmathurapote@adb.org for access to ADB’s eProcurement system.

5) The quotation must be submitted electronically through ADB’s e-Procurement system no later than 5:00 PM (Manila Time) on 13 August 2026, addressed to the Advisor, Corporate Services Department and Unit Head, Procurement and Contracts Administration.

6) ADB reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, and to annul the bidding process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders or any obligation to inform the affected bidder or bidders of the grounds for ADB’s action.
