Provision of layout services

Item Description:

The European Training Foundation (ETF) is the European Union Agency that supports countries outside the EU in improving their human capital development, in the context of European Union (EU) external relations policies. Currently the ETF cooperates at country and regional level with the countries of the EU Neighbourhood and Enlargement regions, as well as contributing to the EU external policies and programmes in other regions in response to specific requests from the European Commission, such as in Central Asia and Africa.

The ETF  is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. The documents are published in English (en).

Objectives and expected results of the services

This procurement procedure is launched with a view to concluding a framework contract for the provision of layout services, covering a range of items (such as reports, periodicals, leaflets), according to the ETF’s style guide and/or a pre-defined templates or models to support the ETF’s communication needs over the next four years.

The expected end results are attractive and professional files produced to communicate the ETF activities to its target audiences through various channels such as static and/or interactive PDFs for the web and/ or high-quality pdf files for printing.
