Provision of Catering Services

Item Description:

The International Trade Centre (ITC) issues this Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Provision of Catering Services during Training in Multiple Locations in Eswatini.

ITC is seeking to contract a qualified catering service provider to supply meals to various training locations across Eswatini during various training sessions starting ideally from October 2026 for a period of one year. The selected training provider will be responsible for:

• Preparing and delivering morning tea and lunch for training participants.
• Ensuring safe packaging, transport, and storage of food.
• Providing disposable or reusable cutlery and serving utensils, as necessary.
• Delivering these catering services to different training venues across Eswatini under the communities as per below:
  • Region 1: Shiselweni (Maseyisini, Gege, Shiselweni I, Shiselweni II, Sigwe and Somntongo)
  • Region 2: Lubombo (Mpolonjeni, Lomahasha, Siphofaneni, Sithobela, Lubulini)
  • Region 3: Manzini (Mahlangatsha)
  • Region 4: Hhohho (Zinyane)

The service provider must have the capacity to cater for a number of training participants ranging from 25 to 65 depending on the region.
