Supply of Diesel and Engine Oil in Puntland

Item Description:

UN WFP Somalia, has it’s Liaison Offices in Nairobi and is currently operational in Somaliland, Puntland, Central, Benadir and South regions of Somalia with it’s Country Office in Mogadishu and Area Offices established in Hargeisa, Bossaso, Galkayo, Mogadishu and Dolow.

It is anticipated that the Procurement Services of the United Nations World Food Programme, Somalia(UNWFP) will be issuing a tender for the Supply of Diesel and Engine Oil for it’s operations in Puntland(Bossaso, Garowe & Galkayo). The estimate annual consumption of fuel is between 200,000-300,000 litres for the three locations.

UNWFP Somalia hereby seeks to pre-qualify suppliers with reliable experience and capacity to supply Diesel and Engine Oil.  Reputable suppliers are encouraged to fill in the attached supplier registration form which can also be requested by e-mail from Somalia.Procurement@wfp.org or obtained from WFP Area Office in Dollow, Mogadishu or at the Liaison Office, on UN Crescent , Off UN Avenue, Gigiri Nairobi.

Eligible contractors, who meet all of the pre-qualification criteria in this EOI, may be invited to the Request for Proposal (RFP). The invitation will be open to any contractor who are able to supply the goods described above.
