Provision of Human Resource Management Services for UN-Habitat Afghanistan Programme

Item Description:

The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON), seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from companies who wish to participate in the upcoming bidding exercise for the Provision of Human Resource Management Services for UN-Habitat Afghanistan Programme which will result into a systems contract for initial one year with an option to extend for two periods of one year each. Subsequent to the closing date of this EOI, UNON intends to issue a formal solicitation document to potential companies who have expressed interest to provide the services in accordance with the requirements that will be fully speficied in the solicitation document. The complete details of qualification requirements will be provided in the solicitation document. The services to be provided are categorized in the following four (4) main areas: 1. Recruitment and management of contracts of national and international personnel; 2. Management of Insurance i.e. medical, death and disability; 3. Processing and management of income tax for personnel hired through the contractor; 4. Management of Pension Fund The UN-Habitat Afghanistan office shall be responsible for the management of substantive project implementation and supervision of the personnel recruited by the Contractor. Interested vendors may forward their Expressions of Interest (EOI) along with the signed vendor forms to pdnairobi@unon.org. All EOI submissions should be sent via email, citing the EOI reference number and title in the subject line. UNON reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement of this EOI at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only Vendors which in UN’s sole discretion are deemed eligible and qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their EOI submissions may receive the final tender solicitation documents.
