Multi-function Printers for UNEP Paris

Item Description:

The scope of this EOI is to identify  potential suppliers able to provide  Multi-Function printers including the installation, maintenance and support to UNEP at PARIS  for a duration of minimum 3 years and maximum 5 years.

1.       Detailed requirement :

–          11 x Multifunction printer –Copy, Print, Scan and Send), A3, A4, color and black & white.

–          1x Advanced Multifunction printer – Copy, Print, Scan and Send, A3, A4, color and black & white.

• The installation, maintenance and support should take place at UNEP premises at Paris 1 rue Miollis, 75015 Paris on floors -1 to 6
• Provide training to the printer’s local support/technical team
• Maintenance & Support should also include :
  • #1) Replacement of spare-parts at no cost when necessary by certified technician
  • #2) Regular printer health check
  • #3) Technical help desk hot line (free of charge)
  • #4) Unlimited call outs
  • #6) Supply of Ink cartridges and all consumables (included waste toner cartridge)
  • #7) Supply a spare printer in case of a faulty printer cannot be fixed within 24 hours
  • #8) 4 hours local intervention Four hours on-site response
  • #9) Resolution Time : 4 hours Max
