Provision and Installation of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) readers at GSC, Brindisi, Italy

Item Description:

The United Nations Global Service Centre / United Nations Logistics Base (UNGSC/UNLB) requires the services of a specialized contractor for the provision and installation of an IP Based Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Building Access Control System at its premises located in Brindisi – Italy. The resulting contract shall be for a period of two (2) years. The services shall include: – Provision and Installation of RFID readers; – Removal of existing “SPICA SYSTEM”; – Provision of printable RFID badges. – Provision, installation, configuration and customization of the compatible management software; – Testing and certification of the System installed and technical training to end users; – Provision of maintenance plan; – Extended warranty service to cover the two years contract. The system shall be compatible, clustered and replicated in real time with the system installed at the United Nations Support Base (UNSB-V), Valencia – Spain. Therefore, the requested RFID system shall be Suprema BIOSTAR Software Version v1.81, Suprema Biolite Net Readers. On-site bidder’s conference will be required.
