Item Description:
The UN-MICT seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) for Request for Proposal (RFP) it intends to issue with the aim of establishing a long term contract for the provision of cleaning, ground maintenance and waste disposal services for its Arusha Branch located: (i) Haki Rd, Lakilaki, Kisongo, Arusha (ii) AICC, Africa Mashariki Road, Arusha The UN-MICT Arusha Branch comprised of three main buildings consisting of an archive building, a court building and an office building. Ancillary buildings on site include a pedestrian access cabin, a guard hut, clinic, pump house and other prefabricated units. The required services shall include, but not be limited to, cleaning of the premises (offices, meeting rooms, courtroom, library, records repositories, holding cells, clinic), garden and parking maintenance, waste disposal, upholstery cleaning and facades/window washing. Note: The complete details of the requirement will be included in the solicitation documents. No further details of the planned solicitation can be made available to vendors prior to issuance of the solicitation documents.
