Provision of translation services for the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC)

Item Description:

The Procurement Unit (PU) of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) hereby invites qualified contractors to submit their Expression of Interest (EoI) for the provision of translation services into the following languages: – English into Arabic and Arabic into English – English into Russian and Russian into Englsih – French into Arabic and Arabic into French – French into Russian and Russian into French – Spanish into Russian and Russian into Spanish – Spanish into Arabic and Arabic into Spanish. Further details will be communicated to interested vendors via the tendering documents. Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a bid and/or proposal. This is a Request for Expression of Interest (EoI) in order to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation. Interested vendors must provide the completed Vendor Response Form (attached below), including the UNGM Vendor Registration Number. UNOV will examine the EoI and reserves the right to select the invitees for competitive bidding. Accordingly, an Espression of Interest does not automatically warrant an interested vendor’s participation in the competitive bidding exercise. Furthermore, UNOV reserves the right to change or cancel any of this requirement at any time during EoI and/or solicitation process.
