The IRC is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to provide a Partnership Consultancy aimed at taking action on the recommendations made in the 2016 and 2017 assessments, keeping the Regional Unit up to date and informed on the context in France while delivering a concrete action plan for engagement and developing a strong network of partnerships through which IRC can roll out the Refugee.Info platform, pilot technical assistance approaches developed in its Delivery Plan for Europe and improve its ability to submit successful bids for EC funding.
