Provision of Rural Finance Capacity Building Services

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the Provision of Rural Finance Operations Review in East and Southern Africa

Through its Environment, Climate, Gender and Social Inclusion Division (ECG), located within the Strategy and Knowledge Department, IFAD is seeking the services of an experienced organization to (i) review the current status of C&ESG integration among selected financial service providers in the East and Southern Africa region, (ii) develop a set of C&ESG tools aimed at staff of financial service providers, of the project management units, and at IFAD country teams, and (iii) train the prospective users in their respective countries.
