It is the intent of this RFP to secure competitive proposals to select a supplier (s) for the IRC to provide Non Food Items & Emergency Shelter, across IRC country programs located within all of its five regions of operations namely East Africa, Great Lake and Northern Europe, West Africa, Middle East & Asia regions. The winning bidder(s) will enter into a fixed price Master Purchase Agreement (MPA) for three (3) years. An MPA is not a confirmation of order and individual purchase orders will be made against the list of items, specifications and prices therein for the duration of the agreement.
