Invitation to bid for Integrated Facilities Management

The Asian Development Bank (ADB), a multilateral development finance institution headquartered in Manila, Philippines, wishes to receive bids from prospective bidders for the provision of the following: Lot A – Hard Services Lot B – Soft Services and Lot C – Alterations and Improvement Services, collectively known as the Integrated Facilities Management (herein referred to as “Services”)

The successful Bidder shall supply ADB with Services, thereby engaging the Service Provider for a span of five (5) years from the commencement date of the Contract.

Public competitive procurement method will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage- Single Envelope Bidding Procedure.
