RFP for Provision of ICTS Application Integration Services

Item Description:

United Nations Volunteers (UNV), which is administered by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) kindly invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal for the Provision of ICTS Application Integration Services.

The purpose of the present bidding is to conclude a Long Term Agreement for 1 year, extendable up to a total of 3 years, upon satisfactory service.

The Service provider shall:

• Review the current integration components
• Propose streamlined and resilient integration amongst all UNV applications (Rest web services, APIs, Database views, ESB)
• Implement integration amongst all UNV applications, including converting existing integration methods into the new streamlined one
• Perform the data integration and business process integration
• Integrate both on-premises and cloud applications
• Integrate all future applications

This procurement process is conducted through UNDP eTendering online system (interested applicants must register in the system in order to access the additional documents). Detailed instruction on how to register in the online system can be found in the attached link provided below:

It is strongly recommended that you create your username with two parts, i.e. your first name and last name separated by ‘.’ (e.g. john.smith).

Deadline of submission is indicated in the online system (currently, 28 September 2018, 11:00 AM EDT). Any extensions or other amendments to the solicitation documents will be posted in the eTendering system. Bidders must click on “Accept invitation” button in order to receive automatic notifications if such amendments occur, and to be logged as having posted a bid.
