Item Description:
The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) is a service provider, a technical advisor and an implementer of projects. We help the UN and other partners provide peace and security, humanitarian and development solutions. Our mission is to help people build better lives and countries achieve peace and sustainable development.
UNOPS is installing independent solar powered electrical mini-grids in remote villages across Sierra Leone. Mini-grid ditribution infrastructure components include: overhead power lines with accessories, earthing for the grid with accessories; steel utility poles and stay wires. Components are divided into lots by categories. Prospective bidders can bid either for the entirety of the requirement or for one or more lots.
Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal. In order to access the full UNOPS tender details, request clarifications on the tender, and submit a vendor response to a tender using the system, vendors need to be registered as a UNOPS vendor at the UNGM portal and be logged into UNGM.
