Supply of Materials and Equipment for Substation. Sub – project: Rehabilitation and upgrade of 110kV Tran Hung Dao Substation – E12

Item Description:

The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City Power Grid Development Sector Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB. The contract will be jointly financed by the ASEAN Infrastructure Fund. The eligibility rules and procedures of ADB will govern the bidding process.

The Hanoi Power Corporation (“the Purchaser”), invites sealed bid from all eligible Bidders for the Supply of Materials and Equipment of Substations of Sub – project: Rehabilitation and upgrade of 110kV Tran Hung Dao Substation – E12. The delivery/completion period is 210 days.

The scope of supply includes, but are not limited to the following:

• 110kV GIS substation equipment
• 24kV Medium voltage switchgear
• 72kV, 96kV Surge Arresters

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
