Item Description:
The Government of Mongolia received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Payment System Modernization Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payment under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Bank of Mongolia (BOM) (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of Core Banking and General Ledger System (CBS/GL) including O&M support for 36 months. CBS/GL system shall comply with international standard requirement.
International Competitive Bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
