Item Description:
The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (“OECD”) is issuing this Call for Tenders with a view to sourcing one or several companies for audio-visual equipment.
This call for tender is divided into 7 lots:
- Lot 1 : VIDEO
- Lot 2 : CAMERA
- Lot 3 : DISPLAY
- Lot 4 : AUTOMATION
- Lot 5 : SOUND
- Lot 6 : INFRARED
- Lot 7 : PROJECTION SCREEN
The limit date for submission of offer is Monday, January 7th 2019, 14:00 (Paris time).
Only for Lot 7 : A visit of our premises will take place on Wednesday, December 9th at 2pm (Paris time) at 2 rue André Pascal 75016 Paris.
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.
