Item Description:
The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) wishes to invite you to submit a proposal to construct the National cold chain warehouse in Republican SES Center as per the approved construction design project and drawings by the UNICEF and the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan.
In Uzbekistan, licences in the construction industry can only be issued to legal entities that are duly registered under the jurisdiction of Uzbekistan. In cases in which foreign companies are contracted to either design construction projects or carry out construction works that require licences, they must ensure the establishment of their local presence in Uzbekistan as foreign companies cannot generally be licensed.
Sealed proposals subject to the conditions as per annexure will be received at this office until 18:00 hours on 20 December 2018 for Gavi team as per enclosed TORs. All the proposals will be opened on 21 December 2018 at 1430 Hours in Supply & Logistics Section.
