Establish an LTA for the provision of Human Resources Management services

Item Description:

Considering your request based on the Advert published on local newspaper and from REOI process (short listed) to find local services providers (Local and/or International) for provision of HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SERVICES, we’d like to invite your  Institution to submit your best Technical and Financial Proposals, as per attached Terms of Reference (ToR).

NOTES:

• Pre-Bid Meetingfor clarification purpose is planned to January 08th starting at 10:00am (Maputo time) at bellow address:

We strongly recommend your participation for better understanding the purpose of this Tender and how to submit your Offer.

• The Request for Proposal for Service Form on Page 3 should be submitted duly completed along with your Financial Proposal.
• The service provider should submit two (2) separate proposals (pdf): The Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal in separate documents.
• Financial Proposal should be submitted in USD, exclusive VAT (as stated on the LRPS Document).

Deadline for Proposal Submission: 25th January 2019, by close of business (COB) through followed e-mail: moztenders@unicef.org

Proposals submitted trough wrong e-mail address and which are not subjected in full, technical and financial, shall not be illegible for acceptance
