Provision of IT Equipment for a project using ICT for rural development in Niger

Item Description:

The International Telecommunication Union (“ITU”), the leading United Nations agency for information and communication technology, issues the present Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) to appoint a company responsible to provide IT Equipment for a project using ICT for rural development in Niger.

For more information about the specific Goods to be provided, please see the Technical Specifications (Annex 1) to this Request for Quotation.

Any purchase order resulting from this RFQ shall contain the ITU General Terms and Conditions (Annex 2). ITU reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of goods required when awarding the contract and would not expect a significant variation of the unit prices submitted.

Requests for Clarification

Any requests for clarification shall be made in writing only by email to Proc@itu.int with Cc. salimata.diallo@itu.int  by the deadline Monday, 7 January 2019 at 12:00 hours (Geneva Time).

RFQ closing date

Quotations shall be submitted by email to Proc@itu.int with cc. to salimata.diallo@itu.int by no later than Friday, 18 January 2019 at 15:00 hours (Geneva Time).

RFQ amendment(s) 

ITU reserves fully the right for any reason and whether at its own initiative or in response to a request for clarifications to amend this RFQ prior to closing date.
