Provision of Car Hire Transport Services to UNON

The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) invites qualified firms to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming competitive bidding exercise for the provision of car hire transport services for staff in Nairobi. Below is a brief description of the requirement:

The scope of this exercise requires interested bidders to provide car hire services for vehicles ranging from medium size saloon cars to 33/45 seater bus for official use of staff members of the United Nations offices at Nairobi (UNON), United Nations Centre for Human Settlements (UNHABITAT), United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) and other UN agencies based at the United Nations Complex in Gigiri, Nairobi, Kenya.

UNON intends to contract a vendor to provide car hire service.

The complete details of requirements will be provided in the tender document that will be issued subsequent to this EOI.

Interested vendors may forward their Expressions of Interest (EOI) along with the signed vendor forms to unon-procurement-rfx@un.org. All EOI submissions should be sent via email, citing the EOI reference number and title in the subject line.
