The United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) invites interested Companies to express interest for the supply and delivery of plumbing materials on “As and when Required” on the basis of:
i- DAP (INCOTERMS 2010) Mission HQ, ABYEI
ii- DAP(INCOTERMS 2010) UNISFA KLO, Khartoum
iii- DAP (INCOTERMS 2010) UNRSCE, Entebbe Base
vi- EX-Works (INCOTERMS 2010) Vendor location in Khartoum, Entebbe and Kampala only
Detailed Specifications will be provided to the successfully invited companies. NOTE:
Submission of the EOI does not constitute an obligation by the United Nations to include your company in this specific procurement exercise, neither does it assure that a respective tender exercise will be undertaken in due course.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY)
- Vendors wishing to participate in solicitation exercise following this request for expression of interest conducted by the UNISFA must complete the process of self-registration at the Basic Level in the UNGM portal under UN Secretariat and must include confirmation of the acknowledgment of the United Nations Supplier Code of Conduct.
- Women owned businesses which are registered in UNGM as stated above are encouraged to express interest.
