Provision of telephone services (2G, 3, 4G SIM and data cards) at UNAMID sites, Darfur, Sudan

The African Union-United Nations Hybrid Operation in Darfur (UNAMID) is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from fully qualified companies wishing to be considered for inclusion in a tender for the provision of telephone services (2G, 3G, 4G SIM and data Cards) to use at all UNAMID sites, Darfur, Sudan.

2. These services are for both voice and data related (2G,3G,4G). UNAMID will use SIM cards for official purposes as well as for private use.

3. Service provider should provide voice and data service capable of 4G at UNAMID area of operation i.e. Zalingei, El-Fasher, Shangil Tobay, Tawila, Sortony, abkabya , Nyala, Kalma, Kor-abeche, Manawashi, Kass, El-Daein, Nertiti, Golo, El-Geneina, Khartoum, Port of Sudan.

4.SIM cards issued by the service provider should support SMS at all UNAMID locations both on net and off net.

5. Service provider should provide coverage with strong signals and enough bandwidth.

6. Service provider to provide SIM cards capable of 4G data and voice for free of cost with reliable support. 7. Service providers should resolve issues raised with them within one day after receiving official mail from UNAMID.

8. Service provider should provide all SIM and data cards related usage itemized bills not later than 5th of every month.

9. Service provider should provide itemized bills for any official SIM card issued to UNAMID.

10. Service provider should provide one complete number series (1000 number) for SIM cards dedicated to UNAMID.

11. Service provider to make sure that after block/disconnection requests of SIM/data cards, all charges related to SIM or data cards must be disconnected completely.
